I should change my password to c**ts (hate that word) too after Wizard mysteriously locked me out of my online credit card account today. Bzzz - wrong password. Then I couldn’t reset the password because the system says my home phone number is entered incorrectly (which is another lie).
On the phone Wizard said that this ‘sometimes’ happens because of a glitch in the system. Well lady, it’s happened to me twice already! And what kind of automated telephone system does not give you the option of speaking with a real person upfront? Oh I get it, it’s a glitch in the system.
